We have a 10 pound minimum for all game.
YES! We do not debone or fillet any animal.
Tike's guarantees that you ALWAYS get your own meat back. We have a tag numbering system that follows your meat into the holding cooler, the sausage making area, the packaging area, and all the way to the freezer when your sausage is complete.
Due to the unpredictable nature of hunting seasons, we cannot guarantee a completion date. We make every effort to process as quickly as possible!
We vacuum pack all our smoked products and brats. For our burger and fresh sausage we use wild game bags, which are not vacuum packed.
Deer, elk, and bison are mixed with pork.
Bear, duck, pheasant, turkey, and goose are mixed with beef.
We take the weight of the completed product after the beef/pork has been added and the product has been smoked. All game that is mixed with beef, is an extra $1.00 lb.
